      It's a relatively high level of sports, and the relationships with other people throughout the league could be beneficial.

      They don't pay well, they overwork employees and expect the world of them. Nobody in the front office enjoyed working there. There was a TON of pressure from management to generate more sales and revenue, and a constant looming threat of being laid off.

      Helped me get my break into the industry - worked with some great people.

      Long hours with no pay, and little room for growth. I made a lot of strides with the Pirates, but at no point was there ever a sign that they wished to promote any one.
