No career plan and progression No work/personal life balance. If you don’t work more hours than the 8 a day then you’re not giving your best and are penalized by it. Militaristic management, zero flexibility. Even the smallest detail (fo example, changing one vacation day) has to be approved by at least 2/3 people, including the board of directors.
