1. Worst salary review process ever among all the Bangladeshi Company 2. Their Senior leads always fascinated with outdated technologies. They don't try to adopt any new technologies. 3. If anything happens wrong with development, their seniors always blame their junior developers for that occurrence. 4. Their Team lead & Tech leads always behave rudely if anyone argues with them in any discussion or anyone questions their decisions.
