Staff within the programs at PRC are very mission driven and truly care about their clients. Working with this at risk client population is very fulfilling. Even though everyone is responsible for their own cases, the other attorneys are always available to help brainstorm specific problems on cases.

Often times it feels that upper management (C suite) does not know have an understanding of the services that we provide and does not listen to input from staff within the programs. It’s particularly frustrating when they request specific feedback and then appear to completely disregard it with their decision making.
