Make good money and have a great work/life balance. Relaxed environment and the guests are usually pretty chill. Most of the managers hear you out when you have a problem you need to discuss with them.

You have to draw for cuts which is definitely the #1 downside of working here. They have worked on the issue by scheduling closers every night so clopening doesn’t happen anymore for servers, but you can still get stuck until basically close which sucks if you have to open the next day. Everyone else including openers draws for cuts unless everyone can talk and agree on the order of them. Managers seem to get extremely stressed when it gets busy and their attitude towards us becomes more hostile compared to the normal positive energy they usually bring when things are calm.
