      - The management is great, the environment is open-minded. - It's a startup so the team is small enough to not pull your hair out when going trough management. - Accepts remote employees so I can drink my coffee at home while working

      - The salary is less than the average for the USA but it's still good and keep in mind it's a startup at the moment - Some small overtime work sometimes

      -Can work on projects independently, as long as you get the work done; However, a lot of collaboration with project manager and technical team is required on HR's end depending on the project -Creativity and new ideas are highly encouraged and rewarded -Awesome co-workers and project manager -Responsive to employee needs -Laid back personalities, yet highly professional -Everyone is expected to have quality work done!
