      The people are generally nice and the remote work policy is generous.

      If you aren't part of a favored few decision makers, expect lots of top-down management and little creativity or independence in your work, no matter what your job description says. Titles are inflated and don't align with seniority/experience or with employee autonomy.

      Some good people at lower levels and the organization does do some good work

      Leadership and management are a nightmare to deal with and have very little respect for employees. Extremely low pay, limited benefits.
