Powell has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Powell is relatively small, it allows the management to help everyone get accustomed to the overall job. Excellent work-life balance with great employee benefits. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. Shout out to the HR Team!

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. Powell, like many tech companies, conducts organizational changes very frequently; it's not uncommon to find yourself with new processes every 3 to 5 months, so it can be stressful for those who don't appreciate working in a fast-paced environment.

You are given freedom to succeed and handed all the tools needed. Once you have earned the confidence of your team, you are allowed to fly solo and prove yourself quickly. You get to fully immerse youself in the Microsoft environment and get to attend events all over the world.

Since you are allowed a lot of freedom, you can feel a bit lost sometimes. You need to be self motivating as there are a lot of managers all handling different sectors.
