There are some great people working for Power Ford, so you will absolutely have great co-workers.

Long hours in sales. You never really understand how you get paid for a deal, and finance can re-cut it whenever they want, taking your money without your control. If you don't have a close friend or family member working in management or the call center, you'll rarely get a lead that's actually sell-able. Their operation is ran very hush-hush, and very unfairly. You never see the bonuses you earn from Ford, the dealership keeps them. You're encouraged to lie to customers, and nobody ever seems to be doing the right thing, it's all very selfish, dishonest, and only the people at the very top or the ones who are fed make money to justify the long hours.
