The most obvious pro is that there is not limit on how much you can make and this it is all based on how hard you work and how determined you are. The training you receive and support from others in the office is unseen for a job like this where competition is the norm. Here, we are a team and we never forget that. The management here is unmatched with how well things are run, how they treat us (pay, bonuses, vacations) and just in general how cool they are. The culture is amazing as well. From the open bars, to kickoff meetings in 5 star hotels, to buying out whole resorts in Mexico for the company christmas party, the way we roll is first class or no class. This is the best place I could ever imagine working.

Some of the challenges are finding the balance between work and life. The scheduling is something that can be irritating at times but management is very accommodating and reasonable.
