Good people and management, you can make decent money if you can force people to take a free estimate. Most people will just agree to get you off there door step

Door to door marketing which they straight up lie to you in the interview. It's a Ponzi scheme they hire as mang people they can to get as many people out in the field to knock on as many doors as possible. Most houses have already been knocked on by us in the past. The cops gets called on out at least 4 times a week from complaining home owners. No opportunity to have a life outside work hours are 10-6 but you won't get back home until anywhere from 8-10
