One of the key projects was the Customer Genome Project, where we migrated over 120TB of financial and transactional data into a centralized data lake on AWS S3 and Snowflake. This enabled AI-driven insights for risk analysis and fraud detection. I also directed the deployment of a machine learning model using PyTorch to detect anomalies in consumer lending data, significantly improving default payment predictions. Throughout this project, I ensured compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR while optimizing resource allocation and budget management.

This threatened to impact the go-live deadline. To mitigate the risk, I facilitated a war-room style troubleshooting session with cross-functional teams, identified a workaround using API Gateway, and implemented an iterative testing approach.
