Amazing people to work with. You get great work experience. It is a great starting job. The environment is lax in terms of you don't always have someone on your butt. Great benefits! Lots of sick/vacation time. Amazing staff.

Pay is poor. Environment is chaotic. Minimal organization. You make a lot of independent, on the spot decisions. Building is a hot mess, limited resources. Very stressful work.

Good benefits. Great supportive team members. Great facility.

Had to personally pay for credentialing, advanced training for the majority of my stay at the company. Management style lacked appropriate positive support and was excessive in negative feedback. Infrastructure upgrade needed through web/digital access to support counselors with up-to-date educational information for groups.
