This college is filled with nepotism and biasness. From Human resources to our joke of a union, this place is complete BS! The union president works against staff she is paid to represent with administration who want to take advantage of you. She has been bought by the administration, and has done absolutely nothing for anyone since being in office. Human resource director is no different, and blatantly sides with the administrators against support staff. I have never seen him support lower level staff! I'm exhausted with this toxic environment! I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy! If you are considering applying here, do yourself a favor and DON'T!
