Nepotism, if you are not hand picked to work here you have your work cut out for you. They will move you around, lie and make you miserable so that you would quit and they don't have to pay unemployment or give a severance package. Upper management turns a blind eye because they are all friends and hire unqualified people into management positions and pay them more than they budget for.
