The worst part of working here is faculty, advisors, and some staff put in so much time and effort, and genuinely care about students—and none of that matters. Morale is horrible. Administrators are unqualified and get promoted up and up the chain. I’ve never been at a place with so much gossip. Administration is inept and creates a hostile work environment. Ask how many lawsuits they have from students and employees. The board oversteps and is run by the Chicago Heights machine. Worst place I’ve ever worked. Turnover and burnout are high.
