not the same praxis - Recensione dipendente - Systems Engineer presso Praxis Engineering

Praxis has lost its feel since the acquisition. All of the sr. management and most all of the tech leads have left and the few that remain seem to be planning to leave as well. Bonuses were cut, lots of unnecessary middle management and red tape added making it hard to get anything done. I feel like i am viewed as another number/cog in a machine now instead of as a valued employee. New praxis is just GD in a trench coat, they don't care about their employees. Employee morale has tanked in all departments because of this and people continue to leave in mass.
