I want to start off by saying that I have worked for Pre-employ for almost 3 years, have had no issues and genuinely enjoy my job and the atmosphere. The company allows you to have a flexible schedule and works with you if you have sick kids, an appointment or need to leave for personal reasons. I really couldn't ask for more. The CEO is a reasonable guy. He has been known to do very generous things for his employees and community. I will say, when I first started here the training was slim to none as other reviewers have said, but that is one aspect that has improved greatly. They have created a whole training program and allow you the time you need before just throwing you into production. The company has been focusing on streamlining their processes the last year or so and I think it has helped tremendously in several different areas. This is not the same company that I started working for 3 years ago (for the better)!

Every company has it's issues. I don't think there is too much to complain about. As long as you do what is expected and show up everyday, you will be fine. I don't think that is an unreasonable request from an employer.
