The incredibly vain President blatantly plays favorites -Weekend work is expected and planned for nearly 3/4 of the year due to Merck. Work/life balance is shot -Good people have been leaving voluntarily or are pushed out of the company by catty and manipulative Merck Account people who wield entirely too much power -Bad employees hang around and push their work off on the good ones who are still around -Advancement opportunities are very low since the company isn't growing and it's the only way to keep direct reports in existence -Gladstone President's unchecked ego and feigned sincerity when work concerns are raised
