Floor employees were great except for a few backstabbers. Progressive used to be a great company but wants bottom of the barrel job service employees that are not very experienced

Undervalued and overworked. Horrible business plan. HR was the worst I ever delt with. couldn't speak or understand english except for one syllable words. always cussing and saying " if we don't meet our targets fire will fall from the sky" laying off the best most experienced people dumbing down the workforce. So they can sell their out of tolerance parts to customers. Progressive Inc. in Arlington Texas was a nice company until PCC bought it and ran it into the ground.
