They pay commission but checks are always wrong and you have to watch your money like a hawk, ownership is greedy, scheduling is terrible and you will be needlessly double booked, hope you like working forced 60 hour+ weeks and at the same time having no guarantee that they will give you any work that you can make money off of at all, 6+ days a week is norm, company is always hiring because they treat their employees poorly and no one in their right might will work for them.

Svantaggi

Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
