Terrible pay, 70-80 hour work weeks, 6 day work weeks, no consideration for you as an employee, management is composed of stuck up people who don't keep their word, and will repeatedly go back on their word to save their backs, and bury yours. The list could go on and on…

Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

Svantaggi

Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
