Good pay, they were good about keeping the supply room stocked. They were good about fixing equipment if it were broken.

Where I was (Portland OR) the owner tried to make you feel small. Owners are dishonest. Willing to overcharge customers and under deliver for profit. Training is not what they tell customers it is. Owners were challenging me on life time warranty parts that were reused by previous techs. You work weekends and they are usually slow.

Great pay. Autonomy and ability to be self-driven at work to achieve goals. Leadership cares about personal growth and development. My particular location is very progressive in terms of support for diverse populations of employees (especially LGBTQ inclusivity).

Svantaggi

Some days are slow, others have overtime hours. Hard to schedule free time around an unpredictable schedule.
