Great environment and management team

I have nothing bad to say

All employees have a private office, own personalize parking spot. Casual laid back environment. Lots of freedom. Nice office decor and monthly luncheons. That is ALL the pros I can give.

First off this is a family business. Although they claim to be a cohesive work place, it is not! Very clique and majority of workers are not happy there. Owner does not work with integrity. He is very fickle. Decisions he makes are what best for him and how he can benefit from it , not in behalf of the employees. HIGH turnover. Will make promises and not follow through. When approached about it he will brush you off and avoid you. (Most all employees have exp this) employees over worked. Owner will focus on mistakes vs accomplishments. No appreciation for employees. Estimating dept is the only dept that gets recognition. No controller in the offices - hard to reconcile accounts (if ever) when you have no person to refer to. Owner is very cheap. Will not pay for one. However complains when accounts are not reconciled monthly. If you have worked in a corporate environment, you will walk into this place and know what I am referring to. The atmosphere here is negative and what happens here would never happen in a big corporation. For those employees who never have (some there have not) they think it is normal but it is NOT. Benefits are extremely expensive here IF you have a family as you pay 100% of premiums for your dependents. Not worth it. Company standards and policies do NOT apply for everyone. (FACT)
