Whatever your schedule is upon hiring will not be what you actually work. Dishonest owner. Every negative aspect to this job boils down to the narcissistic owner who can not get enough of long winded speeches about how great he thinks he is. Unfortunately, if you work in office you’ll see and hear him all day. If you work as an installer, prepare to have your work interrupted many times per day by him asking for progress updates followed by a 30 minute monologue on whatever he’s thinking at that moment about the job.
