The CTO is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to technology I have ever met, and he shares that knowledge whenever given the chance. PITG can have a real team atmosphere, especially when working on projects. Everyone pitched in and we always got the job done. The bonus for project work was always pretty good as well. Every day at PITG you would be faced with a multitude of different issues, ranging from something dull like, “My Outlook won’t start”, to code red systems down. This means your days are never dull and you’re not stuck doing the same tasks every day. The one thing the CEO taught me that I have taken with me throughout my career and has proven useful is to relax and stay calm when things don’t go your way on an IT Project. It is a challenging but rewarding atmosphere to work in.

Documentation needs to be improved. Training of the staff by the seniors needs to be a priority.
