Not Hard to climb up the ladder, if you know your stuff .. but you have to know it. No one will teach you. Good place for ambitious self-starter. The company offers a generous allowance for Training certifications, but it is up to you, to seek them out. No one wants to hold your hand while you learn how to do something. But theywill pay for your studies and give you a bonus When complete. Lots of people do not get this or maybe they expect thatthere is classroom portion to this job. I heard a lot of techs complaining about not getting promotions here on Glassdoor and in office. If you had the skills, you would not have a problem getting a promotion. And Contrary to what other reviews say the pay IS good.
