* People from the company are always willing to help with problems * Transparency among processes, before and during the work contract period * Good support in handling issues with clients

* Sometimes you have to deal with undesired situations (like any other job), but the con is that being these situations tied to the client's culture/environment, there is limited action we can take. The traditional "it is what it is" scenario.
