For the first few months I loved it, my coworkers were lovely, the clientele was amazing, and overall without their management style it would been the best place to work. I've learned so much form this experience.

The way management handle certain situations was not right, and sometimes boarders illegal. Most therapists are either under or over worked. Guilt was used as a tactic to control the staff. Wages are a lower than average. Plus the system which is used for soap notes is unreliable and sometimes goes missing. Add to that all there's a trap feeling that comes with it all. Can't take a vacation day within the first year, even if ask the months in advance without pay.
