I feel welcomed by all the members of the department that I've met. I was assigned a really patient, resourceful, and helpful training buddy. I was provided with HealthStream training as well as in person training with a team of MCRs. I was provided with tip sheets and other useful material to create a resource binder. Everyone has been very patient and helpful as I work through my first 90 days.

I was trained with a team of MCRs and really liked that environment. I am the only MCR in my office and that took a bit of time to get used to. I am comfortable in my home office and with being the only MCR now.

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
