Enjoy my job/coworkers/doctors. Vacation time is good. Close to home. Trust the hospital I work for.

Employed 12 yrs with no recognition- not even a tshirt or something. Pay is okay. Feel like I should be making more at this point. Managers/directors seem to want everyone below them doing part of their job while they leave early constantly. It’s the hard working hourly person that gets screwed by the salary staff. Oops not staff, “team.” I liked my hospital a lot better before Premier bought us. We were more of a family and people cared. All Premier cares about is beating KHN. Sad. Employees do matter. I know patients do too. But if you take care of your employees they will take care of your patients. Overall I am thankful for my job!!

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Svantaggi

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
