Amazing work environment and pay.

No cons with my positions.

Benefits are great, very approachable senior executive staff, and there is a small feel since most locations have less then 5 employees. A lot of loyal employees and frequent bonus/commision opportunities

Flat Hierarchy creates confusion on who to answer too, most managers are not SME's for healthcare and therefore can not answer basic questions, since benefits package is so extensive most employees are paid a lower hourly rate, and poor communication between needed training and direction of organization.
