Work-life balance and values not seen in action. Upper management sets higher salaried workers up to fail so they can replace them with cheaper workers. HR supports tyrannical managers instead of the workers. If you are not good at brown nosing or BSing, you need not apply and even then be prepared to be burned out after a year. HR and top executives continue to advocate ruthless politics or look the other way.
