As the title states, no clear vision. Rampant negative behaviors and some of the poorest leadership from the top. Truthfully, one of the most dysfunctional places I have ever worked. I gave it a chance, but frankly it’s getting worse with no clear direction. One day it’s this, the next day it’s that. Time to hire a consulting firm to get to the bottom of the higher up issues. I and others get the sense that too brass are merely here to collect a paycheck. Doesn’t resonate well with me when we’re here to serve members over our personal desires…always.

Likable coworkers and environment when not only focused on numbers.

Feels like all upper management cares about is production. Doesn't even feel like we care about the members anymore. Numerous days I wasn't able to take a lunch. Countless promises of raises from management, never to see one over 20 cents. I have skipped numerous meals because the pay is so low that I can't afford my rent. Zero support from management, if they are even ever there. No support. No concern for the mental health or well-being of its employees. multiple days we were required to come in when inclement danger due to weather. lowered the wages of employees by potentially thousands due to incentives going away and no increase in wage given at this time. We are struggling. We are hurting. It feels like our voices are unheard.
