1. Extremely poor work culture 2. Decisions are not based on Governance & Process adherence. Arbitrary decisions, causing instability, chaos and uncertainity. Employees leaving Co. overnight, without any communication from Mgmt. is quite a routine affair. 3. Lack of career progression. Team size is small so limited vertical growth, Teams work here in silos so limited wider exposure and IJP options.

We appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to create a transparent and supportive company culture where team members feel empowered and that their voice matters. This requires ongoing assessment and change as we know there are always opportunities to do things better. We have implemented surveys and processes to collect feedback from our team members, but strongly encourage our team members to share ideas or concerns with their People Manager, a senior leader, or People Partner so we can address it appropriately. We appreciate you sharing your perspective – change cannot happen without feedback and participation from our entire team.

Remote work is a pro and the time off package is great

Too manu changes in management, employees don't stick around because pay is lower that industry standards and often not commiserate with work load. Low advancement opportunities and line management and operations teams are always on your back.
