2yWe appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to create a transparent and supportive company culture where team members feel empowered and that their voice matters. This requires ongoing assessment and change as we know there are always opportunities to do things better. We have implemented surveys and processes to collect feedback from our team members, but strongly encourage our team members to share ideas or concerns with their People Manager, a senior leader, or People Partner so we can address it appropriately. We appreciate you sharing your perspective – change cannot happen without feedback and participation from our entire team.
