Although the tech is interesting, the company is circling the drain so there's no money to invest and innovate. Instead you can look forward to a treadmill of fixing bugs in 15 year old software. Every year the revenue is less than the year before. A remarkable achievement for a company in this domain. Meaning that every year there are painful cuts. People who leave don't get replaced, and others get fired to make senior management look "proactive and decisive". With the job market being what it is, you can do better than this.
