However, at the end of the day you must be accountable for your actions and always do right by the clients. The wealth of knowledge and experience that I have gained while working for this company is priceless, and I have made several life long friends along the way.

The family like culture may not be for everyone, especially those who are looking for a traditional corporate job. It is expected of the employees to do their jobs without a ton of oversight, and roll up their sleeves to fill in the gaps whenever a team mate falls short. If your motto is "This isn't in my job description" then this may not be the company for you.

The team is small, but also has some very talented people.They tend to work very well together and can accomplish great things when empowered to do so.

This is one of those companies that stays in business despite itself. Even though the owner manages to consistently hire great people, he is never satisfied and micromanages. Job responsibilities are frequently changing and growing as he chases after the latest shiny object. There is a lack of investment in software and hardware, and problems arise due to illegal and aftermarket software use. This leads to a revolving door of talent constantly entering and leaving the company. Only one employee has been there any length of time, and if you Google him you'll understand why.
