      None. Your success in the organisation very much depends on your own drive and hard work. The the amount of effort you put in was always acknowledged and rewarded back with flexibility, opportunities to develop further, secondments and relocations. A very fair and friendly working environment. No complaints after 7 years with the organisation.

      - Very obstructive management. - Low pay and bad hours. - Breaks are unpaid. - The technology they use is ancient and constantly crashing. - The work itself is dull and under-stimulating. - You have to knock on the outside window to even get in the office. - Very authoritarian culture. Employee concerns are not valued.
