Sorry the company lost their Medicaid contract with the state for some of the counties they participated in , when I was there: Because is a great company that cares for the members they served.

Prestige is a small company that is close knit and everyone knows everyone. There is no multiple layers of management.

This company misleads the employee from the beginning by saying that there will be room for growth and there will be a work life balance. Unfortunately, on the first day, they lied about the work schedule. Then two weeks later the hours were extended to a mandatory 10-12 hours 6 days a week from 8 hour 40 hours a week. When some of the employees stated that they could not do the extra hours because of prior commitments such as picking up a child, the management stated that they should call up their aunt or mother to pick up the child and stay with them until they got home. These extended hours were never told until two hours before the employee was expected to go home.
