      My time with Prestige was extremely beneficial to my professional development. I learned to think outside of the box to find the best solutions for my clients, which in turn helped build meaningful relationships with them. The owner helped a lot as well. He had high standards and a go-getter attitude that was infectious and inspired me to try harder. Received a lot of valuable feedback from him too. It’s truly the ideal place to grow if you’re serious about your career.

      Like any other worthwhile job, it takes a lot of hard work and self-motivation to see results. I wouldn’t call this a con so much as a reality that some people don’t seem to grasp.

      Competitive salary, beautiful/clean office, life/health insurance, other fringe benefits, friendly coworkers are equally driven and motivated

      Hostile work environment and a lot of false promises given during the interview process and throughout your tenure. There are too many people in the firm with "Manager" and "Director" titles, so if you're a junior employee they will make every effort to let you know that you're a junior employee and will treat you accordingly. Firm's interest is neither aligned with the employees nor the clients' best interest. CEO averages a 4-5 month vacation each year, which speaks volumes on the leadership and direction that the firm is heading.

      Thank you for your feedback. Over the past few years since you wrote this review we have made significant improvements in our leadership team. This review was posted at a time when the firm was going through an operational shift, as many companies do. As you can see from the more recent reviews, our current staff enjoys working together as a team to provide a high level of service to our clients which is proven through our very high client retention percentage.
