There are no pros at all.

They do not care about their employee at all. They can leave them in-between the project without salary if they are facing any problem. Management is worst (useless bunch of people sitting at the top).

Salary structure is not competitive compared to market standards. Limited career growth opportunities and lack of training programs. Delay in communication from management regarding important decisions. Work-life balance is challenging due to extended hours.

Needs to improve time management and meet deadlines more consistently. Should work on collaboration and communication within the team. Requires more attention to detail in deliverables.
