- Back to office minimum is 2 days a week which in NY is very good
- Solid and stable company, lean and profitable in Booking Holdings
- Opportunity to work on many topics
- Good culture amongst peers and colleagues. I've found people very helpful and collaborative.
- daily catered lunch in office
Svantaggi
- Being lean means prioritizing ruthlessly, so sometimes initiatives will have to go the backlog
- I did find that a lot of people take on more than their JD (there's amazing accountability), which also means that people can be very busy.

Thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the flexibility of our hybrid model, the collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects.
You’re right that we operate with a lean approach - it’s something we monitor closely to make sure teams have what they need to succeed. We ask teams to stay focused on the work that will have the biggest impact, and that sometimes means making tough prioritization decisions. If day-to-day priorities ever feel unclear, we encourage employees to partner with their Manager to help align on focus areas and impact.
Thanks again for the feedback and for being part of the Priceline team!
