The whole company is controlled by a lobby of people from a former company. Most of the senior managers are from that company. There is no value for performance and hard work. Most of the managers play dirty politics to keep their position safe. If they feel any of their subordinates are going one up on them, they will manufacture reasons to give them a bad appraisal. What else do you expect when you have senior project managers who are diploma holders. If you work in favour of the lobby, you are safe. The HR is only there for entertainment. The most ineffective hr I have seen any place.
