By far the best company I’ve ever worked for. CEO and COO are very engaging, cares very much about its employees, makes it a point to check in and see how we’re doing, and takes good care of us. Benefits, 401K, and tuition reimbursement are great perks. Primcorp is a company worth building a career with.

I am just writing something here because they say I need 20 words at a minimum. Really can’t find any issues or faults with this company.

Working for a small company like PrimCorp provides for more visibility and flexibility. There is a high emphasis placed on culture and diversity. You are treated like a family member rather than a body on a contract. The compensation benefits are comparable to any large business.

Svantaggi

With not as many contracts, it may not be as easy to get placed on another contract upon your contract completion.

None. This is a poorly managed, money-losing small business that totally ignores employees. I do not recommend working here.

No guidance from the person who interviewed me and who also worked only part-time - about 5 hours per week. I was hired to replace him and he provided no training or guidance on how to do the job. Company is a subcontractor to another small, money-losing business that was not paid in the beginning four months of the contract for failing to meet the contract conditions. Primcorp total treats employees like temp staff. No interaction with management, no monthly all hands meetings with all employees, no holiday parties, no bonuses, no promotions. Company gets upset if you send them emails, because emails confuse company management. I do not recommend working her. Company fails to make employees feel like they belong and are a part of an organization.
