So, I saw a few negative reviews and it kinda surprised me. I've been with Primacy for quite a while now, even went through the whole pandemic thing in different offices. But you know what? The company's still got its heart in the right place, still cares about its people. Sure, it's all about making money, but there's a real mission behind it all. And if you put in the effort, they notice. It's not like grinding away in Finance or Accounting, you know? It's more like being part of a tight-knit crew. And the work-life balance? Pretty sweet. You can work from home if you feel like it, and when you've got time, there are some pretty cool offices to check out. Like, the one in WPB is right by the water, and the Farmington spot? Got some amazing trails nearby.

Hey Primacy, we've gotta step up our game with this new platform rollout - definitely need more training there. Let's make sure everyone's clear on our goals too, that's key. And can we get some more communication from the higher-ups about where we're headed? Oh, and speaking of meetings, they've been a bit much lately, but at least they're getting better. It'd be awesome to have better tools to keep track of what we're supposed to be doing, right? Like, seeing our tasks and goals all in one spot would be a game-changer. And hey, let's not forget about our execution teams - they need more to do, especially with the sales guys out there hustling non-stop!
