None. Absolutely NONE. This company is simply, a group of "Wannabe Cops" for lack of a better term, and goes out of their way to reinforce the negative stereotype of the "Rent-A-Cop"

(elaborated story below) Working for this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. This company not only fosters many of the negative stereotypes associated with security officers, but all levels of management acts as though they are TV Cops. Every last one of them acts as if they are the main star on Law and Order, and less like a middle management official who wants to see their employees succeed. Basically, what you get is a group of bros, trying to puff up their chests and start fights with random citizens. The term " you're in MY house" gets used an awful lot. Full story: I worked for YEARS to build up my resume and profile. I worked harder than ANYONE at the Sheridan college Oakville campus. I received awards from Halton regional Police, the city of Oakville, Oakville Optimist society, and more... Want to know what I got for it? Fired. A different security guard stole a large sum of money, and tried to blame it on me. Believe me, Halton regional Police was VERY involved. Not only was I cleared of all off wrongdoing, I was never even a suspect to begin with. Needless to say this set my career back YEARS. Thank God, it's all worked out now, but working for Primary Response was a MASSIVE detriment to my life.
