-Steady hours -Competitive pay for the area.

-Illegal work practices - told to work off the clock, they perform work tasks before clocking us in, have been told to work through my unpaid lunch. -The Amazon vans are in horrible condition, and we are asked not to report damage on the Amazon reporting because they don’t want Amazon to ground the van. -The Amazon reps at this location have said they know of the issues, but have been asked not to acknowledge them. -They do not follow COVID precautions. -Training was done off the clock. -Training contradicted real time practices. -Schedules come out the day before the week begins.
