Sometimes demanding reports on market conditions

Coworkers were nice and we had competitions to boost moral. We also had access to energy drinks for free. I was selling addons for our current customers and was a part of smaller team. I was pretty good at it, I'm good at speaking to people and I was very commitent to achieve our teams goals every day. I often called from home to out customers, if we fell little bit sort of our goal. I didn't get hourly pay for these ours, only provision when I made a sale

It was kinda immoral to sell people stuff they didn't completely understand. That's why I tries to explain what I was selling and how it could help them. Many people were also very rude, but you get to used to that, but still it kinda takes a toll on you. The salary wasn't pretty good either, the hourly rate I posted wasn't the salary, you need to make sales or you just got the minimium amount of salary. I was at the school also in the same time, so I decided to leave.
