Micromanaged workplace, poor management, extremely stressful and overwhelmed/ unreasonable workload due to short staffs all the time. Although u paid your premium but you still pay full price when you see your doctors because you are under the high deductible plan. Once you reach your deductible amount, you are required to pay 20% of your bill. 401k plan is even wonderful that they only match 5% of what you contributed. They are not matching dollar to dollar.
