You get a company vehicle you can use for personal use. You have no one looking over your shoulder you. You work different stores so you don't have to be stuck in one store all day And using your PTO to get time off is very easy.

There's been job creep on the position so more responsibilities keep getting added to workflow. Upper management doesn't always communicate well to your supervisors so your on the outs when information comes in.
